Jonathan Truss was born in London in 1960. A self taught artist, he has always had a fascination for wildlife. Jonathan’s enthusiasm for his subjects, and his quest for new inspiration extends to regular camping trips in the wild game parks of Africa. In 2005, Jonathan Illustrated the book Animals in Action. Well known to British audiences, Jonathan has made over 100 television appearances, and has been featured in many national and international magazines.

Jonathan is a member of The Society of Animal Artists.
